I am a Stay at Home Mom and professional photographer. Instead of taking pictures of others for money I take pictures of my children for fun, it allows me to forever hold in my hand my children as they were.

We live in an area were there is a lot of undeveloped land. Often the kids and I go on a walk, we love seeing the horses and in the autumn throwing pears into their fenced in land.
Sundays are extra special, we lazily lounge around snuggling with the kids. Then we make homemade pancakes and go to church.

This is how I feel about our babies.

The day Gabe's adoption was final
I like to keep my babies close, this is one of  the ways I bond with them.

In the evening, we read amazing books, books that inspire the children and give them a good example to emulate. Some of the books we have read are about the nurse Florence Nightingale and how compassionate she was. Another was Walt Disney and how he never gave up, he had to go a long time without an income and sometimes without food to make his dreams come true.  Wow
As part of our night time routine we listen to music as a family, two of their favorites are...

In high school I took art classes all the time. I have not done much since. I want to inspire the children. So I painted this, not very inspiring I know, but thy love it and it hangs in my room. We continue to try to make master pieces.

What I really love is when they are creative, for example. Five year old Isaac drew a hungry fishy bank by looking at a piggy bank.

With a little help, six year old Caleb drew this on one of our Mommy/Son dates. It is big and hangs in his room.
Throughout the day I spend time with each of the children, combing their hair, cooking, snuggling, doing homework, things like that. Once a week, I have dates with each of the children. On these dates we do what they want. Usually we paint, draw, read, play games, make bracelets and do crafts.
It means the world to me to see the kids running around in the garden, they excitedly check to see what ripened over night. Every year we plant a big garden. In it are all kinds of vegetables and fruit (apples, grapes, pears, strawberries, blackberries and raspberries). It is really neat how gardening teaches the principle of work and patience.

The kids love homemade bread, I try to cook it a couple of times a week, it feels good to feed them healthy foods.
